Sarvottam Group (Noida) has announced NX One Noida Extension, a Commercial Project in Greater Noida, which is one of the chapest investment option in Greater Noida. It is just to lure the customers because I\’ve checked out reviews saying that even the construction cost for such projects is below the offer price they are making.
Something fishy is there in the project, so I changed up my mind in investing with them. Investors beware of such small time builders who are just not even having enough of experience in the development.

FAKE COMMITMENTS OF SARVOTTAM GROUP

As i am going through the net and i found that one Real Estate Company in Noida name as Sarvottam Group Offering Commercial Space in just Rs. 1,990 Per Sq ft and as per my best knowledge of Real Estate the Cost of Construction for Normal Commercial Spaces is Rs 2000 per Sq ft in the Same way they offers there another project name as Iconic Tower offering in just 2,990 but the normal Cost of Construction comes Rs 3,000 which is very confusing to trust on this company. And there Project name Iconic Tower Construction takes Minimum 6 yrs to built up, and i don’t think that the possession to the customers be on time.
For my opinion its not a good investment opportunity and trust worthy project for the investors.
