Sarvottam NX–ONE also known as Sarvottam NX 1 has been launched by SARVOTTAM Group in Greater Noida somewhere in December 2012. We started getting the Emails from the Brokers since Jan itself. Also they have placed Nice Hoardings in Noida and Delhi region. Definitely in terms of Price, they are far cheap than the competitors with the proposed project at Plot No 17, Sector Tech Zone 4, Greater Noida.
Issues and Concerns we came across with Sarvottam Group’s NX One Project includes:
a) Payment shall be made via Cheque /Demand Draft in favour of “M/s SP SAI IT PVT. LTD.” Payable at New Delhi. Relation with Sarvottam Group and SP Sai IT Pvt Ltd ???
b) Land Issue (Land comes into Patwari Village, still possession of land not given by Authority)
c) 3 different Developers taking cheque against the same plot i.e Plot No. 17, Sec-Tech Zone-IV, Greater Noida West. More surprising is that the Plot is still open for re-sale in market
d) Somewhere on Indian Real Estate Forum checked the justification by the Company or its Broker that even if the rates are down to earth, company is committed to deliver the project whether it has to spend overhead costs from its pockets. Now its not believable that any builder will go for it.
e) A strange reply comment on Real Estate Forum saying we are having lot of capital and fund which other builders dont, so we can offer lot costs and even bear losses
