I had booked one Flat in Prateek Wisteria Noida through Bricks and Mortar. At the time of Booking they have issued one credit note of 2.5% and agreed to make this payment once they received from Prateek. Till today they had not released this payment as Prateek made full payment to them. I had approached many times but they are not interested to release this payment.
